Rates are per person per night on Bed and Breakfast basis, payable in USD Dollars, inclusive of service charges & taxes, net non-commissionable. These rates are valid for all markets except the local market and are not applicable for incentives, conventions, meetings, local corporate accounts, special events, delegation and B2C business. Rates must be packaged and extended on the understanding that the Hotel is featured in promotional brochures both pictorially and editorially. All rates committed to the Operator, and other terms and conditions hereof, are confidential and should not be published at any time or disclosed to a third party for any reason. Rates quoted are applicable only to FIT packages. Above rates will supersede any other rates issued before even promo room and triple room reductions cannot be combined with other room reductions. The hotel reserves the right to change rates in case of changes in government taxes, fees, assessments, labor or service charges. The hotel has the right to determine rules, restrictions, policies regarding pets, children, arrivals, no-shows, cancellations, and departures. Requests for smoking/non-smoking and bed-type are accommodated based on availability. Extensions are subject to hotel availability and written confirmation. Dates & Name changes are not accepted without prior written approval. Supplements must be PREPAID. Designed for packaging tours & are not transferable to any other company or organization. Hotel has the right to cancel the promotion at any time.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations should be forwarded to the Hotel in writing using reservation@luxor-steigenberger.com. In case of any cancellation after the release date mentioned in this contract, one night on boarding basis will be charged. All cancellations made 24 hours before arrival or no show will be charged full stay in peak period and one night in other periods. Children Policy: Children less than 6 years old can stay in the parent's room without additional charge on the same meal plan as parents. Children between 6 to 11.99 years of age will be charged at USD 8.00 per child, per night for Breakfast, and USD 13.00 for Lunch, and USD 14.00 for Dinner per child, per night. An extra bed is available at USD 15.00 per day. If a child is above 11.99 years of age, full adult rate will be applied.
