This proposal is concerning the provision of confidential rates for accommodation of transient business guests at Le Metropole Hotel in Alexandria. The rates are dynamic and subject to change without prior announcement. These rates are for leisure activity and cannot be used for corporate purposes directly or published on any platform related to corporate organizations. Rates are quoted in USD, for Egyptians & Foreigner Resident can pay in Egyptian Pound (LE). Rates are valid per room, per night, based on Bed and Breakfast and inclusive of 12% service charge, 14% VAT, 1% City tax, 1 LE head taxes per person per night and 0.25 LE youth services per bill. Rates and conditions cannot be applied for guests attending city-wide congresses, Meetings, groups or events which are contracted by separate Groups & Conventions Agreement.

Cancellation Policy

For individual reservation: 48 hours before arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge the first night as cancellation policy. For groups (starting from 10 rooms): 21 days before arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge the first night of the group as cancellation policy. All cancellations must be received in written email. Children Policy: 1st child from 0.00 – 01.99 years sharing parents' room (without extra bed) will be free of charge in accommodation and meals. 2nd child from 02.00- 06.99 years sharing parents' room (without extra bed) will be free of charge in accommodation and meals. Child more than 7 years is considered as an adult.
